Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please request a RMA#  (email help@brokenlegvinyl.com for RMA#) and return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of your original purchase date for a full refund, less shipping & restocking fees. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you send with tracking, we cannot refund what we do not receive.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable, this applies to orders with free shipping, there were still shipping charges paid by Broken Leg Vinyl. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the postmarked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.


If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, you must start by emailing help@BrokenLegVinyl.com. 

We will respond with specific directions about how to complete the return.

Please do not send your purchase back without emailing help@BrokenLegVinyl.com  We cannot process returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which is given in the email with directions about completing the return.  We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you send with tracking, we cannot refund what we do not receive.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable.)  Original shipping fees are never refundable.  (If you got "free shipping included," the cost of shipping and handling your order will not be refunded.)

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is received more than 30 days after purchase date will only receive a 50% refund, minus shipping & handling fees.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days.  (Some banks and credit unions take longer to process refunds.  We will issue the refund request in 3-5 business days, then it's up to the banks to work their magic.)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@BrokenLegVinyl.com we will respond with specific directions about how to complete your exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an email with credit amount will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must first email help@BrokenLegVinyl.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you send with tracking, we cannot refund what we do not receive.

Depending upon where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
