Shipping policy

More Shipping = Less Vinyl, so we make sure we don't over charge for shipping.

U.S. Shipping:     5.95 for orders up to $45.99

                            8.95 fo orders from $46.00-84.99

                            FREE at $85.00 and up

International shipping is 24.99 USD, until your order reaches $200, then it's free. As always, international customers must pay their own customs fees and other charges.

All orders placed before 10am PST on regular business days should be shipped that day. If there's a glitch or an item on back-order, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED via email. Orders placed after 10am PST may go out the same day, but will most likely be shipped on the next business day. We strive to keep our word and will work hard to get your order packed and shipped on time.

We will provide you with a tracking number with USPS so you can track your shipment. All shipments will be sent First Class or above. Once orders have left Broken Leg Vinyl, we are unable to control delivery times. USPS says First Class shipments should arrive in 3-5 business days.

Broken Leg Vinyl remains responsible for all orders until they are dropped off at the United States Post Office.  If tracking is listed as "Delivered" but you have not received your order, we ask you contact your local post office to file a claim with them. Please note Broken Leg Vinyl will not provide a refund once the status of your shipping is "Delivered."

If a package is returned to Broken Leg Vinyl due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Broken Leg Vinyl is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Free Shipping promotions are always shipped using standard or parcel post. Priority Shipping does not apply during free shipping promotions. If you would like your items shipped priority or express, Broken Leg Vinyl will be happy to invoice you for the difference between standard/parcel post and priority/express post during these promotions.
